I was completely overwhelmed by the feedback and responses to last weeks blog.
I’m hoping that Jo and many more of you will continue to write for Rise & Shine during 2011.
Back in January of this year I wrote one of my first blogs titled;
Beat the New Year blues…: http://wp.me/pLHLC-8
It was written to inspire people not to lose hope if they had fallen by the wayside in their quest to achieve their New Year resolutions. The post provided some hints and tips for getting people back on track and focused for 2010.
A lot has happened in your lives this year and 11 months on (from what was only my second blog), we’re providing something that can help you to make a difference in 2011 and make it your best year yet!
11eleven11 is a concept developed on the back of the work that’s been happening with KickStart; on the radio and also outside with Schools, Teams, Charities and Businesses
The 11eleven11 concept is a very simple one;
Set 11 Goals for 11 months during 2011…and in December relax and celebrate your achievements
Now we’ve made it easier for you in 2 ways;
1. We’ve designed an 11eleven11 Goal setting template (which you can request from us for FREE, courtesy of Julie Morrisroe at Cosmic Workshop)
2. We’ve created an 11eleven11 website where you can share with us your Goals for 2011 and keep up to date with how everybody is getting on
If you would like to request your FREE 11eleven11 Goal setting template then email us at:
If you would like to find out what myself and others are doing during 2011 then click on the link below:
We would encourage to share 11eleven11 with friends, family, colleagues and any teams or clubs that you belong to.
We have set a challenge to raise £11000 in 11 months for 4 super Charities and you can see the details on the website link above.
I’d like to thank you once more for continuing to read this blog throughout 2010, and leave you with a quote of my own;
It’s possible that once you have a dream, and believe in yourself, the only thing left is to go and achieve that dream.
Have a great weekend and enjoy your time over the festive period.
Regards
Jeff
